I am presenting/speaking at the 2017 Meeting. Do I still have to register and pay?
YES. All speakers, including posters presenters, have to register and pay the registration fee. If you do not wish to attend the full conference, there is a one day option available.

How do I make sure I receive ISES member rate when I register for the meeting?
If your membership is current for 2017, then you are eligible for the meeting member rate. To register for the meeting, current members need to first log into their ISES account. Once logged in, the "2017 Meeting Registration" link will be accessible in the Member Portal, under the My Home link on the ISES website.

Can I renew my ISES membership with my meeting registration?
Renewing your membership is not available as part of the 2017 meeting registration. To renew your ISES membership, you will need to sign into your ISES account.

Is ISES membership included with the non-member registration fee?
For the 2017 meeting, ISES membership will not be included as part of the non-member registration fee. Non-member rates are generally $155.00 higher than member rates (category dependent). If you Join prior to registering for the annual meeting, you can enjoy the member meeting rates.

My company needs a W-9 form before they will pay for the Meeting. How do I obtain one?

Can I register now to get the early fee, but pay later?
No. Payment is due at the time of registration, otherwise your registration is not considered complete.

What if I want to change my registration after I have paid? 
Until October 5, 2017: You have the ability to modify your registration online. To modify your registration, go to the registration site and click on the "Modify Registration" button. You will need your reference number and email to access your record.
After October 5, 2017: Modifications/cancellations must be made in writing to info@intlexposurescience.org. Please reference "ISES 2017 Meeting Modification/Cancellation" in the subject line.

I need to cancel my registration. What do I do?
Until October 5, 2017: You have the ability to cancel your registration online. To cancel your registration, go to the registration site and click on the "Modify Registration" button. You will need your reference number and email to access your record.
After October 5, 2017: Modifications/cancellations must be made in writing to info@intlexposurescience.org. Please reference "ISES 2017 Meeting Modification/Cancellation" in the subject line.

I need to register a group. How do I do this?
For 2017, there are separate registration sites for members and non-members. Group registrations can only be made for all members or all non-members - they can't be registered together.
For non-members - there is a group option online. As you are registering, you will be asked prior to payment if you wish to register any more participants. A single payment is taken at the end of the registration process. All participants should receive a confirmation email.
For members - please contact the secretariat at info@intlexposurescience.org for assistance in registering groups. The group option is not automatically accessible in the member registration site, as access is determined by member account status and log in.

I need to pay by check. How do I do this?
1.   Download the pdf registration form on the Registration Information page.
2.   Complete the form.
3.   Make check payable to ISES and include the registrant's last name in the memo section.
4.   Return form along with check payment to Infinity Conference Group, Inc., 1035 Sterling Rd., Ste. 202, Herndon, VA 20170. Attention – Kathleen Berry

I need to pay for my registration by wire transfer (EFT). How do I do this?
1.    A request to pay by wire transfer (EFT) must be emailed to info@intlexposurescience.org. Please note: There is an additional $16.00 fee for wire transfers.
2.    Download the pdf registration form on the Registration Information page and complete the form.
3.    Fax the completed form to 703-925-9453 or email it to info@intlexposurescience.org
4.    Once the wire transfer request and registration forms are received, we will send you an invoice with the banking information.
5.    Plan ahead! Please allow plenty of time for the wire transfer process. Registration will not be completed until payment has been received.
6.    If payment is received after the registration price increase, you will be responsible for the difference.

I need a Letter of Invitation in order to attend. How do I obtain one? 
If you require an invitation letter as part of your visa application, you can request one as part of the online meeting registration process. For questions, please email info@intlexposurescience.org, and reference "Invitation letter question" in the subject line. No letters of invitation will be issued without a completed meeting registration.

Am I considered a student if I graduate after I register, but before the conference? 
Yes. For both abstract submission and registration, student status is determined at the time of occurrence.

Do I need to apply for international student identity card?
No, an international student identity card is not needed.

How do I secure a room at the Federal Government Per Diem Rate?
Government rate: $102.00 plus 13.5% tax (single or double)
Please use the following link: 27th Annual ISES Meeting - Gov't Rate  
OR call 1-800-325-3535 and reference the group rate “Government Rate”
Please Note: The Government rate requires a Valid Federal Government ID, not a NC State ID, upon check in at the hotel. 
Should an Invalid Federal Government ID be presented, the rate will be changed to the daily rate at the time of check in.

Can I submit a late breaking abstract?
No, late breaking abstracts will not be accepted for the 2017 meeting.

Can I take a pre-conference course even if I can't attend the meeting?
Yes. Download the pdf form on the Pre-Conferences Courses page and follow the directions for registration and payment.
**This form is only for those attending courses but not attending the meeting. If you are attending the meeting, and wish to take any pre-conference courses you must sign up when registering for the meeting.

I’ve just learned I will be unable to submit my abstract. What do I do?
Contact the meeting organizers at info@intlexposurescience.org  and include the abstract title and day/time of the presentation. Your email should include the subject line "Abstract Withdrawal.”

I need to make some changes in my abstract that was accepted for presentation at the meeting; how do I handle this?
Abstracts can only be changed for factual errors. If there is a factual error in your abstract email the revised abstract, highlighting the error that was corrected, to info@intlexposurescience.org. The subject line of the email should be Abstract Revision. Be sure to include the title of the abstract and the final ID (e.g. WE-SY-G2).

Are meals included with my meeting registration?
Lunch on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are included with the full meeting registration. Additionally, one day registrations on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday also include lunch. You have the option of opting out of lunch when registering; however, the cost of registration remains the same.
