The Society strives to create an equitable environment where diverse voices are active in all aspects of our organization. This requires a culture of inclusion in which all individuals feel respected and are treated fairly. As such harassment of any type will not be condoned in any ISES sponsored endeavor, including the Annual Meeting. Personal data will be collected, processed and stored by Infinity Conference Group (the “Processor”), on behalf of the International Society of Exposure Science (ISES) in its capacity as data controller, only for the preparation and execution of the ISES 2020 Annual Meeting, September 21-22, 2020. Limited attendee data will be shared with LabRoots, the virtual meeting production company, to facilitate entry into the virtual event.
Attendees’ personal data will be retained securely and under the applicable law. You may at any time request access to your personal data, as well as its rectification, erasure or limited processing, portability of your data, or oppose to the processing by written request addressed to the Data Controller through the email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
